This is unfortunately one of the worst dental practices I’ve been to. I’d been a patient here for many years before finally switching. I had a crown put in here which fell out within 2 years. Luckily, they knew they were at fault and were willing to place a new crown in its place. The only problem is another 3 years later, the new crown fell out too. The dentists here are not performing procedures with proper care.

I also tried to get my wisdom tooth extracted here, but they put me under local anesthesia and after numbing me for almost an hour, I was sent home because they said they would not be able to remove it for me. I have had poor and painful experiences here one too many times. They do not seem to really care. Do yourself a favor and find a different place to take care of your teeth, or you will be paying for it in the long run as I currently am now after so many years.

This facility is a fraud. They overcharged me and my insurance. When I talked with my insurance about the bill they immediately called Michelle- The Office manager to correct their mistake on my behalf. It has been 2 months but Michelle is yet to send my insurance an overpayment check.

When I call their office they never let me speak to her and put me on hold for 30 minutes. I will be going ahead and report this facility to the insurance fraud prosecutor.

Overall good first time experience with this clinic. I had Dr. Dhruv Patel attending on me. He was professional and candid in communication / explanation. new comments: I continue to admire the entire team at this dental place as I started using them for my entire family.

Thanks to Dr. Mandeep as well for guiding us on few doubts we had. Our entire family is very comfortable with both the Doctors. We would recommend this place and these 2 doctors for anyone in Plainsboro, NJ or nearby areas.

I love this dental practice. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Dr Brussels is very cordial and personable. He explains everything and they have top notch equipment right there on site! I have been happy with them after my previous dental practice closed shop in plainsboro.
