Shannon was very personable, pleasant, thorough, and accommodating. Made my experience very pleasurable. Who says that about dental appointments ? Highly recommend. Update after my 3/18 visit-had a dental emergency and receptionist (didn’t catch her name) was very kind and accommodating in getting me in immediately.

‘Char’ the dental assistant was very kind, personable, just NICE! Dr. Wen was also very nice, thorough, energetic, empathetic, accommodating and incredibly ‘happy’ and covered all the bases. The combination on these 3 helping me yesterday was as positive as I’ve experienced in recent years, anywhere! Keep up the positivity and professionalism, as I do agree, the office does experience frequent changes but that’s the world we exist in nowadays! Being pleasant to each other really helps.

For this teeth cleaning visit, I forgot i had an appointment and missed my time. I called and they were able to reschedule me for the next hour. The dental hygienist, Sharon, was gentle and thorough. Everyone in this office is kind and friendly. I actually enjoyed going to the dentist.

Who thinks of a dental visit as pleasant? I do! As a 1st time patient, my experience was exceptional from beginning to end. The whole dental team (Lori, Shannon, Dr Zhou) made me feel welcomed & very comfortable. I could tell that they were all knowledgeable and experienced. Shannon cleaned my teeth better than I've had in a long time.

I felt like I was amongst "family" with the joking and shared experiences. Glad my friend recommended them! Plan to return for other services as well.
