Perfect 5 star rating, no less for Dr Pingili and her wonderful staff at the clinic today. Took my mom for an almost emergency - broke the filling of her lower wisdom tooth. Dr Mrudula took excellent and gentle care of mom and gave her complete comfort and guidance on how to handle the tooth in case she experiences any pain or discomfort in the future.

She advised us to monitor her tooth since it is already dead and ideally should be extracted soon as possible before it causes any problems to her. Both mom and I will highly recommend Dr Mrudula and her clinic for all dental treatment.

I had an appointment for teeth filling on April 6th. It’s was my 1st visit. Since have a dental insurance they did several extra processes like X-ray, scanning, Deep cleaning etc. I had a cavity on left bottom and right top. The numb both the areas by injection which old school style tremendous huge. Got a regular fill for left side which I Don't feel nicely done, after anesthesia went off I have lot of pain and can’t drink or eat anything and have to take pain killers. For right side cavity which was deep she suggested to have onlay over regular white fill. This term was new but I agreed after knowing the procedure and how lasting that is. After lot of grinding my teeth and adjusting the cavity onlay was glued.

while making it even to a level of my tooth, in grinding process it got sucked in suction tube which was there in my mouth to take fluid out. Doctor made another onlay fill injected me again it that terrible infection to numb my right side. She couldn’t fit in cavity told me to come after two weeks to have the procedure again. And called the by saying technical difficulties. I have started all procedures at 12. 15pm and ended at 3. 00pm. She placed temporary fill which should last up till next appointment that surprisingly fell of same day at 8. 30pm.

So I have to take her appointment again to make her redo it. Since today is Sunday have to wait until tomorrow. I have changed $678 in total with insurance only having deep cleaning to my left side where I’m terribly in pain and right deep cleaning will be done after two weeks and will change separately. After coming back to home and my anesthesia wear off I have realized now I don’t have half tooth on right side. I’m really pissed off also in pain. Disappointing experience.

Excellent Service and cleaning. I had visited Dr Pingli’s office many times for my appointments. And I must say they have always done to perfection. Owner and Staff are very accommodating and responsive to communication. They are always on time for appointments and accommodate if something is urgent.

impressive cleaning and best advise. They did communicate quite well with insurance to fund me the services I needed. I highly recommend their service. They are always my and my family’s favorite Dentist to go to.
