Dr Parnaik a. k. a Dr PP and her staff were sweethearts. They gave me first class treatment from the beginning to the end of my appointment. Gabby was sweet enough to wish me a belated happy birthday which really made my day. Stephanie and Taylor were also kind during my fill ins I had to get and were patient to explain my payment plans to me and gave me a good deal my a payment plan I could afford for a cash paying patient.

Thank you ladies for your sweet services to me. Please don't change. Keep up the good work and I'll be a patient for life if I constantly need dental treatment. Dr PP was the only one that was able to find the route of my problem. The Dr I had before Dr PP gave me the runaround of what was wrong.

I consider myself a pretty put together grown woman (61) however due to past trauma (especially as a child) my dental anxiety is an 11 on a scale of 1-10. It is debilitating. From my very first phone call to Dental Creations while looking for a new dentist, (after making 5 calls that day) Maddie happened to be on the phones that day and she put me at ease in the first 5 minutes. She was a gem, listening to my concerns, my level of anxiety, my panic. I really felt heard which is so important when a dental patient has felt traumatized in the past. I felt comfortable enough to make the appointment. That was a Friday, and I was seen on the following Tuesday. Everyone in the office made me feel comfortable and at ease. I did not feel judged for the many dental issues I had ignored because of my fear. Dr. P was so sweet, so gentle, took her time to go at a pace I was comfortable with, and explained everything as she was doing it.

As of now I will be going back for my third visit a week from today and am comfortable with it. I need extensive work done and there is no chair or office I would feel more comfortable in to get the work done. I have since had a few questions (my anxiety lets my mind wander) and every time I had a concern and called the office, I was met with patience, reassurance and kindness, and in a very timely fashion. As a business owner myself for literally decades patient/customer service is everything to me as I know I provide that for my clients. What I have found in Dr. P and her practice is the same level of personal attention myself and my team give to our clients. I thought my expectation to my needs would not be met. I have never found it in any other dentist so it just magnified my fear & anxiety. I am thrilled to say I finally found a dentist who knows her craft and has true empathy. This is a total win for me and I am so thankful I found her practice. Now my husband is next to see her and my 2 grown daughters as they too will be patients there.

In closing I want to say I feel my generation is loaded with people who have a real fear/phobia of being in that dentist chair. Many of us have had very traumatic experiences in our most vulnerable position. And because of that trauma our anxiety is very real. I highly endorse Dr. P and her staff if you are one of those patients. So if you are one of those people, with extreme anxiety, make the call to her office. Even if you have to travel a bit to get to her, it will be worth it. For the first time in decades, I am confident I will have the smile I have wanted for years, and a healthy mouth, and a healthy relationship with my dental team. Kudos to you Dr. P and all of your amazing staff!!!

This is Victoria Sherry's grandfather since she is away & I was at Dental Creations yesterday ,I will write my complementary note for " Cara" the Dental Hygienist who cleaned my teeth & did a superb job. The people at Dental creations are all terrific and take good care of my families teeth. Stop in and tell them " Joe ' sent you. Ha !!! Joe Sherry
