My son, a patient of the practice, had severe pain last night. I called and left a message and then called again right after they opened. The receptionist put us on hold, asked Dr. Lisa then came back and said we transferred out of their office. I corrected her: we were trying to find a dentist with hospital privileges due to unique circumstances.

After that the girl said Dr Lisa was booked; I asked if they had emergency appointments and she said yes but everything was booked. Lakeview Dental in Gibbsboro got my son in right away today, AS A NEW PATIENT. And the visit was very brief: 5 minute wait in waiting room, xrays then only a 3 or 4 minute wait for the dentist; the exam was brief too because the pain is from an infection where his wisdom tooth is impacted, in other words, had Dr. Lisa seen him, it would not have taken much time at all. I have lost respect for Dr Lisa and for Simply Beautiful Smiles.

Dr. Lisa had a good bedside manner when she did see my son in the past, but it takes more than that. We are very fortunate to have a dental practice like Lakeview in the area! I would recommend Lakeview to anyone looking for an all around awesome dental practice!

Great dentists. Horrible monetary medical practice. They will “ hold” appointments for you when you say if you’re not sure you can make one. Then miss your voicemail to cancel the appointments then charge 50 dollars for the missed appointment. I wonder if this is the practice that they follow with many patients. ? How many people just pay because otherwise they can be sent to collections?? Asked to speak with the medical director since this seemed like a bad business model.

Apparently they don’t have done??! That’s a bit scary. Asked to speak with the regional director was told they can’t provide that information. So if you have issues, no will address them other than the manager of that office…. ? I feel it’s my obligation to post about this. Sometimes its about the principle of the matter.

I used to go to this dentistry and never had an issue with the dentists and hygienistsn - they were fantastic. However, I stopped going because my husband and I have been receiving billing issues for over a year after we switched our health insurance. We have called multiple times and my husband has even stopped by the office in person to have our billing issues corrected, yet we still receive notifications that our payments have not been paid. The people working at the front desks do not seem competent with their jobs I noticed similar reviews indicating this.

I would've continued to come here if the billing department/front desk assistance wasn't so terrible. I plan to get Invisalign, so I didn’t want to risk receiving additional billing issues by staying here.

Wonderful experience with Simply Beautiful Smiles as always. Had an appointment this morning at the Medford office due to tooth pain. Saw the endodontist, Dr. Singh, who confirmed that a root canal was needed. Was able to get an appointment for that the same day at the Marlton office.

Dr. Singh was very personable and professional. I truly hope I don't have to have another root canal later down the line, but if I do, I'd definitely want to see Dr. Singh again.
