Detailed Introduction

Dental Dreams is a prominent and rapidly expanding dental clinic chain that was established in 2001 by Dr. Sameera Hussain. With a mission to make quality dental care accessible, especially to underserved communities, Dental Dreams has grown to include numerous locations across multiple states in the United States. The company emphasizes providing comprehensive oral health care and a positive dental experience for its patients. Dental Dreams offers a wide array of dental services, catering to both adults and children. Their services include preventative care like regular exams, cleanings, and X-rays, as well as fluoride treatments and sealants. For restorative needs, they provide fillings (including composite resins), crowns, bridges, dentures (full and partial), root canal therapy, and extractions. They also offer cosmetic dentistry options such as teeth whitening and veneers. The clinics are equipped with modern technology and are staffed by a large team of experienced dentists and supporting personnel, with over 150 dentists and 500 employees nationwide. A key aspect of Dental Dreams' operational model is its commitment to patient accessibility and convenience. They offer flexible evening and weekend hours to accommodate busy family schedules and accept various forms of dental insurance, including PPO and Medicaid. The company's slogan, "More than 94% of Dental Dreams' patients say they would recommend DD to family and friends," highlights their focus on patient satisfaction. While some online discussions touch upon the high volume of patients seen, Dental Dreams maintains its dedication to delivering comprehensive services and prioritizing patient care. The company's growth and widespread presence indicate its success in providing essential dental services to a broad patient base.

ABSOLUTELY Not Returning Here & Recommend You Take Your Business & Health Seriously Elsewhere. Reception Was Lovely I Mistook The Time For My Appointment. They Were Polite & Accommodated Me With A Few Asked & Answered Questions. Images Women Was Quick & Efficient. On The Other Hand Dr Ro & Dental Assistant Tina Are Nasty People. He Asked Me To Scoot Down That He Needed My Head On The Rest.

As I Was About To Adjust As He States Again In A Tone. Then Points Out Hes Had 25,000 Patients. Tina Spoke Over Me & The Dr Multiple Times. I Felt That He Was A Little Rough & Asked If He Can Be A Bit More Gentle Or Less Pressure. Should Be An Easy Fix Yet We Are Going Back & Forth Over Something Minuscule.

They never answer the phone, they charged my insurance for a cleaning on my 3 kids and they used toothbrush. The place is a joke. They tell people they don't answer the phones to just walk in to make appointments. 4 days calling to reschedule my husband work still no answer we missed his appointment because of a death in the family. Now it's been several months since this review. My husband is at the end of the very long process of partials upper and lower. We spent 20 minutes to get hung up on twice.

They messed up his last impressions twice and had to go back for the same step. I was told copay would be 25 on the phone after they called to bring my husband in a day earlier and when he got to the appointment they charged his 50. We also paid for another visit and a different procedure and when insurance statement came in it was covered 100 percent. Rude staff incompetent staff. Stay far far away from dental nightmares.

Dental dreams has gone downhill a lot. I understand that things got crazy after Covid, things being backed up, and being one of the only dentists in York Pennsylvania that excepts health insurance.

That said there’s no excuse for not picking up the phone, I have tried calling them more then 7 times over the last week and they have not picked up once, busy or not that’s unacceptable, I scheduled stuff online just for them to cancel it more than once, then have the nerve to ask why I didn’t come sooner, had to go all the way to Lancaster to Smile builders to get a tooth extraction because of the cancellations, honestly though it’s worth the drive a much better dentist.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure my exam, dental cleaning and X-rays were preformed and covered by my insurance after a frustrating mix up. The dentist was thorough and kind. The hygienist and other staff made my child who was along for the appointment feel welcome and comfortable, sending her along with treats and stickers. Amazing!!
