The Dental Group NY in Coop City has one of the nicest and most patient office staff I have ever encountered. They always greet me with professionalism and enthusiasm and assure me that the procedure will go smoothly. I really appreciate Dr. Katayev's chair-side manner and his skill as a dentist. After many years and several dentists -- I can finally say "I love my smile ".

Dr Katayev is a great dentist . He is caring, gentle and does amazing dental work. I had my implant done with him and it was a quick painless procedure. He did everything from the implant placement and finished with the crown. What a joy it was to find someone who does everything!!! I would recommend anyone who is looking for a great dentist to see him. Keep up the great work doc 👍🏼

I went here for an evaluation and a tooth extraction. In both visits, the staff was friendly and very professional. In one of the visits, I had just got seated in the dental chair and the assistant apologized for the wait. What wait? It was maybe 7 minutes past my appointment time. This type of prompt service is virtually unheard of especially for a practice that provides both general and periodontics dentistry. The procedure went smooth as well and the Dr.
made it a point to explain to me what was going on and what he was doing. This was reassuring to me going through a difficult procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Katayev's dental office. Everyone there genuinely cares about their patients.

The office manager at this office is disrespectful. She is very unprofessional and I dont see how the provider hasnt replaced her she suck at speaking with people. She acts like people are less than her. Little did she know she was speaking with a lawyer.
