Rude office staff that has short temper and doesn’t seem like they know what they’re doing. The dentist is money hungry and said I have all these cavities but when I went to another dentist the other two dentists said I do not. I can’t believe she was going to drill my healthy teeth and charge me money. She was also extremely rude and dismissive and argumentative. Terrible experience here do not go.

The doctors name is Haley Ciccarelli and she also drilled my friends teeth when they did not need to be drilled absolutely horrible experience. She had to go to another dentist to have the work done and dentist agreed that work was not necessary. She is money hungry and an aggressive dentist.

Unprofessional and Unwelcoming Experience I had an appointment at this office and was unfortunately five minutes late—just five. Instead of understanding that life happens, they refused to let me in like I was some kind of criminal. The front desk staff looked at me as if they had never seen a human being before, completely baffled by my presence. No empathy, no flexibility, just a cold, dismissive attitude.

I understand the importance of punctuality, but to turn someone away over five minutes and act so unprofessional is absurd. There are plenty of other dentists who actually care about their patients—I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Avoid this place unless you enjoy feeling like an inconvenience the moment you walk in. PLUS I waited 6 months to be seen by these clowns

This is the best dentist office on the entire planet!! The staff is fantastic, super helpful and amazingly friendly. The hygienists are thorough, efficient and friendly. Dr. Z is the best. He is involved at every step, he’s full of skill and knowledge and brought he every bit of his talents to every one of my appointments. I called them because of an emergency.

They got me in immediately and addressed my issue. From there it was a whirlwind of appointments for cavities, cleaning, crownings and cappings. Whew! Now that I’m done I can’t believe how much work Dr Z and the whole crew did on my behalf. I’ve got a new mouth, no more pain and for the first time in years, a nice smile. I would recommend these guys to everyone…especially if you need a little extra TLC. Thank you Dental Health Care Associates in West Chester!!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the entire staff here! I’ve visited them about 6 times and everytime they are prompt, professional and so kind. I am so happy to be a patient here and love getting to have this team as my dental health care team. 5/5 stars all the way!!
