The most awesome Dentist, aside from my former of over 20 years, that I have experienced. His work is not only first rate, his technique is wonderful. A very light touch with all consideration for his patients and an honest professional.

I recently switched to Waters Edge Dental for my annual check-up and cleaning, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The entire experience was top-notch, starting with Holly who assisted me with obtaining my x-ray and panoramic scan from my prior dentist. Dawn, the hygienist, was a true professional and a delight to interact with. Recently back from Italy, she showed no signs of jet lag and took excellent care of my teeth. Dr.

Milillo was thorough and reassuring, providing the kind of quality care you hope to find but rarely do. To top it all off, the breathtaking view of Fernhill Lake from the patient room elevates the experience to a whole new level of tranquility. Switching to Waters Edge Dental was a fantastic move on my part, and anyone reading this will be glad they made the switch too. Highly recommend.

I really wanted to give 5 stars, but. . . I've had to pay twice for 3 fillings they've done in the past 2 years to be replaced, this most recent visit I was estimated about $61 and paid $130 for them to correct their work.

One filling was very tight, I returned and told them so but was basically gas light that it's not that bad. During a cleaning the hygienist told the dentist that filling was really tight and I was told we would sort it out with the visit for fillings, yet here I am wrapping a foot of floss around my fingers to keep it from slipping while I shred the floss trying to get between the teeth. The other work seems perfect, I've had multiple crowns done there and the work seems great, the bed side manner is very pleasant and the visit is enjoyable but the filling reworks are costing me $100s and the inconvenience and discomfort trying to floss the tight filling is maddening. Please listen to your patients.

. . Update, they're sending my account to collections for a $23 balance. Again for work they had to redo in less than 2 years, do not recommend!

I hate the dentist and have bad dental anxiety. I finally took the advice of a friend and made an appointment with Dr Milillo. His entire team from start to finish was great. The front desk sends you the paperwork online that was easy to complete.

The dental assistants/hygienists and in between were great too! Michelle was super calming and put my mind at ease while being extremely efficient which is great when you don’t want to be there any longer than you need too! Dawn was the hygienist and she was very reassuring and detailed which made me feel great. Dr Milillo was fun, upbeat, and kind. He took his time explaining everything and made me feel at ease. If you have any questions, he will answer them, even the weird ones lol.

I will have my third appointment with them next week. At each visit I received an estimate if a bill was going to be due, and if they will do anything extra from the estimate, they will provide that info before the end of the visit. I haven’t been to the dentist for 15 years because of how much a hate them, and this practice changed my mind. Thank you guys!
