JUST DON'T GO! My husband went in for a root canal and they broke the file into his tooth. They referred him to and Endodontist to "finish" the root canal because the doctor didn't have the tools to complete the job. We asked around before we made the appointment and were told that he needed to just get the tooth extracted at this point. We are very disappointed with the service.

The doctor couldn't finish what he started, my husband can only chew on one side right now, and they charged my husband $316 for a "deep" cleaning. Never again! I used to go for regular cleanings and for the convenience (they are located in my same office building) but never again. Heed the warnings!

The dentist himself is competent, but that is about the only thing going for this place. The receptionist is a bird brain, barely capable of lifting a phone, she certainly can't set an appointment. She scheduled me for an appointment, and someone else ended up being scheduled for the same time and I was denied my initial visit. Once an appointment was figured out, I took another half day off to come get my yearly check up and blah blah blah. I get there and they do my cleaning and inspection.

Well, everything was fine until it was time for billing. Some moron with pink hair 'accidentally' overcharged me by $300 and as soon as she said it I request for them to cancel the charge and make a new one. She said it was against their policy and that I should receive a refund in the mail. 4 months go by without a refund and constant calls during my lunch break to settle this. Eventually, I took another day off to go in person.

This became futile. I have then hired an attorney for well over $300. I settled out of court for $800, the extra money was to cover the cost f the lawyer since he wouldn't do this for the typical 33%.

Dentist prescribed "deep cleaning" which would cost me $200 above the insurance coverage, but I know I don't need that because I had just had an exam with my previous insurance policy from another dentist whom I had trusted for 5 years. Dental One talked me into scheduling this service, but when I called to tell them I couldn't afford it and just wanted a regular cleaning, they said, "Unfortunately, once the dentist has recommended a particular service, there's no way we can change it to another type. " I had read the other reviews here, so I wasn't surprised. They are con artists.

Avoid. I cancelled and will pay for a regular cleaning somewhere else before I would use them.

I come with an existing skepticism of dentists, having been taken advantage of in the past, doing X-rays I didn't ask for and not covered by my insurance, etc. This place is a good, solid dentist where I can get cleanings with no muss or fuss. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience here, based on other poor reviews. I like it, and will be coming back regularly.

A note to anyone visiting the dentist these days, just make sure to be clear with them about what you're there for, before services are rendered. That's how I approach my dentists nowadays and it makes for no surprises and a pleasant visit.
