I’ve been coming here for years, but it feels more like a factory now. The women at the front desk are extremely rude, and when I call, I get stuck communicating with an automated texting system. It’s nearly impossible to speak to a real person anymore. This has been very frustrating—I’ve been told someone would call me back, but no one ever does. After waiting two weeks, I brought my daughter in for her visit, only to be told again that someone would call me back to address my questions. No one had any idea what I was even asking about, and they just kept blaming each other.

It’s disappointing. If things don’t improve, we’ll have to find a new dentist office. Also I was told that there is a balance on my account From 2022, which is impossible because my health insurance covers everything and when I ask what the balance is for because I received the blank invoice, they keep telling me that somebody will call Me and explain. In the meantime, my daughter has a cavity and we cannot schedule an appointment until the balance is paid. This makes no sense to me at all. They want me to give them $400 without an explanation.

This makes no sense at all. And I explained to the receptionist I have no problem paying you the money right now, but I would like to know what it’s for, and she yelled at me as if I was one of her children, so I wished her a good night and I left. This is why I gave 1 star. I hope this helps. Good luck!

My husband went with my daughter for the first time appointment and they were absolutely amazing very caring, very professional And very sweet, they Made my three-year-old daughter feel very comfortable and I am grateful for that because sometimes is very hard to find thank you Will definitely be bringing my other two daughters here.

My daughter had an appointment for her regular cleaning. She was treated by dental hygienist Chelsea. Chelsea explained everything to my 12 year old daughter that she was going to do prior to her doing it, to ease any symptoms of anxiety. Chelsea smiled, was comforting, and maintained a phenomenal patient interaction skill. Thank you Chelsea‼️‼️
