Dr Gwengi-anam is very professional and gentle. Never thought I would have such a good experience at a dentist office. The procedures were painless during and after. Big Kudos to the entire staff! They treat you like family which is very comforting. I love and admire the integrity of the practice.

My insurance covered something I paid out of pocket and I arrived to the office and was told I had a credit! Can you believe the integrity. I still have more work to be done and I'm not dreading it. I'm actually looking forward to it. Huge thank you the entire team. Highly recommended

Had a temporary cap put on my front tooth the other day and was super happy. The team was attentive, talked me through the process and installed a great looking cap. Been coming here for two years now and am very pleased!

I am very disappointed by the fact that I gave a 5 star review. The services here are undeniably very excellent and they offered great technical services. Unfortunately, that is all at the expense of poor coordination between clients, insurance and the personal there. I agree with the review Nicole gave about insurance. I had my dental procedures several months ago.

Just a week ago, I received an email about a huge debt I had no idea of. Prior to each of my appointments, I inquired multiple times if the services I requested was covered by my insurance for which I was explicitly told was covered by my insurance company. I provided copies of all my insurance documents and was told these services are covered by insurance. During the procedure, it was recommended that I purchase antibiotics since those are not covered by insurance. To the best of my knowledge, I was only responsible for paying for those antibiotics which I paid there and then.

To be emailed about a debt this huge and so randomly is something I least expected. I know for a fact that, it was the dental office’s failure to charge me for those services at the time. Perhaps if they let me know that it wasn’t covered by insurance, then I wouldn’t even have had that procedure. I feel very swindled by this lack of clarity and therefore, I won’t recommend this place to anyone! The services may be great inarguably, but to have the client pay for such services out of pocket is quite outrageous especially if they weren’t told ahead of time to make the right decisions.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful in providing advice. They also were not condescending about any shortcomings in oral care which is more than I can say about a lot of dentists I have been to. I’d highly recommend.
