My appointment was at 11am and i didn’t get serviced until 1pm other than that they did an excellent job on my cleaning and was very straightforward about the health and future care for my teeth. I would recommend this office if you have patience as they are a busy office that is very small. They also have a playroom for children in the waiting area which is cool.

My child was scheduled was an appointment on 4/7/2025 at 3:30 when we arrived I was informed that her appointment was for 12:30. Yet I received a VM stating the appointment time was in fact 3:30 forcing my child that was having pain rescheduled for a week later. Upon my children arriving my adult daughter was provided documentation to be filled out.

When my daughter called me and stated this is what was going on I asked her to ask if the paperwork being filled out would hinder my children from being seen. It was communicated that it would not as I hadn’t arrived yet but was minutes away. A few minutes later I was contacted and told that my children in fact couldn’t be seen until the paperwork was completed.

Ultimately the office manager stated she didn’t have a boss there is always a communication issue involving this office!! Instead of taking accountability for the misinformation they provide they made it seem like I was the issue! Give clear and efficient information. To top it off my 9 yr child still has the same extra tooth that was giving her pain in the first place!!! My daughter stated she heard the manager say the mom is arguing to much just do the cleaning. To ask for clarification isn’t an argument, for sure children shouldn’t be inserviced properly due to lack of proper communication with office staff!!!

I just received my denture implants and partials from Elite Dental today, and I am beyond impressed with the results! The fit is incredible, and they look so natural, blending perfectly with my gums. I am a new patient here after a nightmare of a previous dentist office. And this place is amazing from the front staff to the dentist. I was very fond of the dental assistant Iyanna and Curtisa they were the kindest and courteous throughout my visits. I was super excited to have both there during my procedure.

Dr Omar is amazing as well. I would recommend this establishment if looking for a new dental office.
