I would not recommend this dentist. I have been going for a while and found it unprofessional. Overall I did not feel like they cared about me as a patient. On top of that there were a lot of scheduling mistakes they would make. I would be okay with the scheduling issues if I felt like they cared well for my teeth but they don’t. Unfortunately have to rate this place a 2/5.

I have been seeing Dr Steve and staff for about two years now and couldn’t ask for better service. Dr Steve may seem very serious at first but it is because he is serious about taking good care of our mouths! So thankful for Dr Steve and his wonderful team at Halstead BLVD!

The staff are all so friendly and kind. I ask a ton of questions and they answer everything with detail. I was super impressed when I had my first regular cleaning at this office today - they were able to remove staining that I’ve had for years because my previous dentist said it could only be done with a deep cleaning. Dental Transformations has earned a loyal patient!

I called asking for my son’s records. The front desk clerk told me my son had never been seen there before. Then back tracked and said he was seen once. She also said she had already sent me the record request through the mail. Which I never asked for before calling her. She was supposed to send me the records request through email. Never received it. Went in and talked to her in person.

She then told me my son had been seen twice and when I asked her who she sent his records to. She said she got patients mixed up. I went back a little while later to try and tried to summit a complaint. I asked for her supervisor and she told me she was the supervisor also the administrator. I asked her to give me the contact information for whomever her higher up was. She gave me an email that didn’t work. The email never went through. If that isn’t bad business practice I’m not sure what is!
