My original review was long and written to hopefully grab the attention of administration to contact me since there were some problems we were having with billing and scheduling after a recent appointment for my two daughters. Chantelle reached out to me promptly and was so kind and took care of everything. The dental assistants and front desk were all very kind when we got there and our appointments were quick.

There was some lack of communication or information given to the doctor for the original purpose of our visit that was frustrating and felt dismissive by him but I know it was our first visit and they’re going through lots of staff changes. Really grateful for Chantelle who was understanding and empathetic and turned the whole situation around.

Took my granddaughter for her first visit with Kids Dental and they were very good with her. She is terrified of a dentist but they explained and talked to her and she did great. Would recommend them to everyone.
