Very upset and unprofessional staff. I called to make an appointment and they are do backed up and very rude. The lady handling the phone is very rude and hung up the phone on me. She needs to be fired and replaced with someone who cares about there patients.

Went for an emergency appointment and made me wait over a hr. Told me I need 2 crowns on surface level cavities (without taking x rays for one of them) and told me i needed to come back so they can put a request with my insurance. When i came back 2 weeks later, they made me wait an hr again and I found out they didn’t even put it in with my insurance.

I didn’t want crowns and wanted to know if I had other options. When i finally saw Dr. Napoli, she came in for a minute and didn’t look at my teeth at all and just said i needed crowns again and left i followed her out the room to tell her i wanted to discuss other options, she cut me off and told me no and said if they say i need crowns, i need crowns and then walked away and told the front desk women to put it in with my insurance (which they still haven’t done).

I decided to get a free consultation from dental 365, very kind people who actually listened to my concerns and they told me that all i needed were fillings and helped me with the actually issues I had. Please avoid this place if you can.

The Dental Assistant was very friendly and knowledgeable with honest feedback, which I appreciated. The Dentist was really friendly and Knowledgeable in Advising me what actions I needed to take. I came back to Dental World after I had left for a number of years. I was and so Pleased and happy with this New Crew of dental care Team.

Had an emergency. Got appointment right away. Nancy is amazing. Dr. T took her time explaining what needed to be done. Appreciated her for giving me an option to wait or stay for another procedure. Since she fixed my temporary crown, I decided to make another appointment as she was honest with the wait time being long. Overall they made me comfortable.
