The actual dentist and hygienist are okay. But the front office staff is what often ruins the experience and reputation of a business, in particular the older lady that does the check out and/or makes your appointments upon leaving. She is passive agressive and rude. She's made unprofessional remarks, and her overall demeanor has always been condescending.

In addition, their scheduling system is very disorganized. The website and their cancelation notices state they are open Saturdays, but they refuse to ever give a weekend appointment and claim they are not open.

Dr. "G" is amazing—compassionate, caring, and always aiming to please. Every visit has been a pleasure and a job well done, but this last one in particular stood out. It's never easy dealing with something as personal as a front teeth bridge breaking, starting over, and feeling self-conscious—but Dr. Gambella’s professionalism and genuine care made the entire process so much easier to endure.

His staff is equally pleasant, supportive, and welcoming. I’m truly grateful to be in such good hands. " Totally Recommend! I recently moved to Delaware and travel back and forth when necessary.

I've been going here for the past year and a half. Everyone I have dealt with at the Garden City office has been extremely pleasant and professional. This is a far cry from the previous two dental offices I have gone to since retirement. My last visit to Dental World was just for a routine cleaning. The hygienist ( I wish I could remember her name) is wonderful.

Her cleanings are efficient and painless. She is personable and a delight. I would definitely recommend Dental World.
