I really appreciated Alba for all the effort and making sure I was able to get an appointment as soon as possible.Her help and care made me feel better and she was very sweet, the best customer service i experienced in a dental office! The ladies at the front desk are the sweetest, however only go here if you are looking for cosmetic work because this is what makes them the income. Go to a family dentist, a small business instead. This type of practice will know way more then these guys. You will notice something very wrong in how they rush the process just to figure out IF they can sell anything. I only came for a cleaning last fall and was told I needed a crown that was going to cost me over $1000.

A very tiny filling had worn down on the side of my tooth and they were trying to tell me I needed something similar to a crown. I tried telling the doc I didn't need a quote, however, they insisted on giving me one which only made me mad. It sucks that people will blindly walk into these dental offices believing that this is how it is. Going to the dentist as a kid was always a great experience until they started making these.

My first impression was warming I was introduced to this office by my daughter Janelle. From the reception pleasant and informative. The staff at the back from the hygienist to DR. KIM with gentle hands ( went in for wisdom tooth removed removal ) with the fear of pain sounds and everything with the help of the hygienist and the doctor it was easy.

Done so quickly did not feel a thing. I would recommend them and be back for a routine check up.

We've been coming to dental care at Hillsborough as a family for years. We have the best hygienist, Chloe. She is thorough, explains each step of the process step by step and answers all of my questions. Chloe is gentle and takes care of my sensitive teeth which had caused me anxiety before each cleaning in the past, she is very understanding, and I appreciate it very much. Chloe is very friendly and personable.

Has great technical skills and genuinely cares and makes sure all my concerns about oral health are addressed. I can see she is very passionate about her work and her patients. My younger children (4 and 6yrs old) love her as well and are never scared to come for a cleaning. I'm very impressed with the front desk staff as well, Janelle and Alba who create calm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment I enter the building, everyone is very friendly. I highly recommend this place!
