We’ve used this dentist for years; however, this last year has been nothing but horrible experiences one after another. Appointments canceled by their office and rescheduled for a year+ out. Told we would be on the call list and never were called. We even tried calling multiple times to look for appointments. During one visit we were told antibiotics were needed and insurance should cover and received the bill for what was quoted by office staff.

Suddenly we were receiving calls from collections about a bill we hadn’t even received stating we still owed over $400 that we were never informed of. When I called the office they said they would look into it which they never did. Such a disappointment because we had been so happy with them for years and are now searching for a new dentist.

Unfortunately, I went to this Dentalworks office several months ago to have new dentures made. Following numerous trips for adjustments, my lower denture would not stay in and I was not able to eat with it. I asked Dr. Smita Barole if I could possibly have the denture remade. After all, I spent $6500 for this.

She refused and insinuated that it was my fault that my gums weren’t right for the denture. Why did she not tell me that to start with? I could have saved a lot of time and money. Apparently I have no recourse now. I felt that I needed to express my experience in order to let others know.

My family have been going to Dental Works for about 15 years. The staff is always smiling and always providing the best dental care for our family. The Hygienist and Dr. Borole are very informative about your teeth, X-rays, gums...if there is any problem they will discuss treatment and make a plan to get your dental health top notch. I highly recommend them to any one.

2 time my family waited for months for scheduled cleanings. 3 of us! Both confirmed…both time showed up and they had no appointments scheduled!!! We are so done !! we want to blast this on social media. This is terrible! We all desperately need cleanings. Both of us businesses professionals
