I had an appointment at 5 PM and felt very bed as I woke up at 6 AM so I tried to call at 7 to warn in advance that I have a strong pain in my stomach but nobody picked up, so I sent a text message. Administrator responded me that I will be charged anyway. So imagine if you have a force majeure circumstances as we are not robots - there will not be any understanding at all, because they are interested only in your money.

There are still many clinics left with more appropriate attitude towards patients.

First of all, everyone and the office is absolutely wonderful. The synergy they are has to rub off on you. It's a nice office that is clean. Everybody is courteous. I went to Christine today for a cleaning.

I absolutely love her. I have a lot of medical issues. she's so great with that and patient And helpful and of course what can I say about the two Dentist phenomenal so I tell everybody don't walk run to this dentist, cause I've been so kind and caring.

Dr. Waller and front desk staff are amazing! Had an emergency and they were able to see me same day as a new patient! Then Dr. Waller brought me back and performed my cleaning and fixing of my issue at the same visit! Her bedside manner is fantastic and she made me feel very comfortable. This is my new dentist home!

I researched highly rated dentists in the area and scheduled with Dentistry by Design for a second dental opinion. Taylor explained all my options per my insurance and got me scheduled with Dr. Waller. Dr.

Waller was kind, patient, and gentle; her general and cosmetic dentistry expertise was evident. I confidently scheduled my filling and crowns with Dr Waller. My procedures were completed in a flash and her work is beautifully done. Anxious dental patient no more! Incredible office!
