I have been going to this location since my family moved to Monroe in 2020. After switching to a new dentist, I can really see the flaws in this practice. They did what they were supposed to do, but you can tell that they just try to get you out of there and move on to the next appointment. The front desk is friendly, but as someone who has a front desk job, you can tell when people really dislike their job/environment.

I feel more accepted and comfortable at the new dentist I go to. I can also get in for appointments way sooner (the next week), which I thought was impossible at any dentist office, but it turns out that it's not.

Had a tooth ache and they got me in the day after I called. I’m already a client and I love this place. They are all so delightful and positive. The music is always great too. They make you feel comfortable and I always have anxiety when I go to any dentist, however that is not so when I go to Dentistry of the Carolinas in Monroe NC. Highly recommend
