The office was nice and clean, the reception staff was sweet. I came in to do a deep cleaning and Rachel was awesome. She was nice, she explained what she was going to do, gave me a time frame of when it would be done and got to work. I was in an out in less than an hour and the procedure was painless. Really enjoyed the experience.

Dr. Pompey and her staff are always pleasant every time my family and I come in for a dental visit. I highly recommend them. We started coming to Dr. Pompey when our son was four years old and he is now 14. He absolutely loves this office. Our daughter has been coming here for last year since she was 3 about to turn 4 and the entire staff is so wonderful! They are so kind and work so well with her. They explain exactly what they are doing to her, they ask her about her rather than talking over her or not talking at all. They are very thorough in her care and also very gentle and kind.

She turns 5 this week and had her check up last week and she was counting the days until she got to go! They have made it such a wonderful experience for her that she LOVES going to the dentist. Our whole family loves going and the care we receive! Next year when our son turns 3 he'll get to go with us and he can't wait either.

Transitional Coaching

I went to this dentist to have 2 teeth filled. Neither tooth was in pain prior to my visit. As soon as the dentist looked at one of my teeth, she mentioned it would need a root canal. I told her I did not want that. She promised to be "careful" during her drilling. After the work was done, I was in pain for 2 weeks and my hormones were completely out of whack because of an infection. Initially, she did not prescribe me an antibiotic and when I called back the following week requesting she do so; the receptionist suggested I see my gynecologist. The pain got worse, so I scheduled a follow-up appointment with her and was told my only option was a root canal or extraction.

I was so mad. . . . and no longer trusted her services. I ended up scheduling an appointment with an oral surgeon to have my tooth extracted, which cost me over $600 out of pocket after insurance. If your teeth are not in pain, I highly recommend you stay away from this place.
