Terrible experience with this office and their severe incompetence. I called to schedule an appointment before the new year around December 12th. The woman actually sounded very friendly and she said she would return my call after verifying my insurance. (I checked my providers through the insurance website) After about two weeks without hearing back, I called them and she scheduled my appointment. The appointment was for today, January 4th at 11:30am. She called me yesterday to confirm my appointment, and I did! This morning at 10:06am I called the office to make sure I had the correct address.

She confirmed that I had the correct one, and asked me if I would want to come in earlier than my 11:30 appointment. I said sure, I can leave now and be there at about 11! The office is about 40 miles away from me. She said ok, I’ll see you soon. I walk in and I immediately am not impressed by 1) the small dog in a sweater running up to me and barking obnoxiously, the dog toys and treats that lay scattered across the waiting room that contained dog hair ridden seats, and then 2) after a minute of being barked at, a younger girl with glasses, a beanie and hoodie walks up, behind the desk says absolutely nothing to me and hands me a clip board with 4 pages of paperwork. I sit down and begin to fill the paperwork out while hearing the faint arguing of a man (presumably the Dr. !) and an older woman and when I get to the very last page, the older woman comes out and proceeds to tell me that my insurance provider changed to United Healthcare as of 3 days ago and that my plan is now an HMO and so they do not accept my insurance.

They had MANY chances to tell me this. I literally called BEFORE leaving, and was even asked to come early!!! THEY CALLED TO CONFIRM, yesterday afternoon. I wasted SO much gas that I can’t currently afford due to losing my job after getting extremely sick earlier this year, (funnily enough I am a dental assistant) and I have 3 very young children. On top of all this she seemed to find it comical. The level of unprofessionalism of this office was unbelievable.

After searching for a dentist and looking at all the google reviews I decided to give them a try. Dr. LaGuardia is amazing. From the initial phone call to set them up and going in and getting greeted they make you feel very comfortable and at home.

It’s the first dentist that I’ve been to that the atmosphere is actually welcoming. I had to get a tooth pulled and if anyone has fear of dentist it is definitely me. I have to say as odd as it sounds this was the best experience with a dentist and I was actually Looking forward to set up my next appointment. I will say this if you have anxiety or fear of a dentist this is definitely the place to go

Everyone there is great! They do their absolute best at making me feel comfortable, especially knowing how anxious I get at the dentist. From the sweet woman at the front desk is so incredibly wonderful and helpful,, to the hygienist and the dentist it's as pleasant an experience you would ever want at a dental office. Suzanne is amazing and has been instrumental in getting me on the way to where I need to be. Very sweet and calming.

Dr Laguardia was phenomenal as well, taking his time and checking how I was handling the entire procedure. The office is also spotless. Highly recommend!!

I had my first appointment today and I loved it here. I was really anxious and everyone made me feel comfortable and was kind to me . My teeth are so clean I am so happy. I see others commenting about dog hair everywhere. There is not.

It is clean in here I came into this office wearing all black and there was no dog hair on me when I left. The pup was also quiet and cute As for the doctor, I didn't find him rude at all. He's a pragmatist, and I think people don't like that for some reason.
