My experience at braces" class="text-blue-600 hover:underline font-medium">Diamond Braces today was mixed. I went in for my Invisalign fitting, and Deriah, the assistant, was amazing. She was very gentle and informative throughout the process. However, when Dr. Chowdhury came in for the final touch, I found her to be unfriendly.
She didn’t introduce herself or explain what she was doing. I had to ask if she was shaving my teeth, and her response was curt: 'No, if I was, I would have told you. ' As a trainer, she should be more friendly and communicative. Unfortunately, it was a poor customer service experience due to her attitude.

I had a wonderful experience on 01/23/2025, my very first time visiting an orthodontist. The medical team was warm and helpful, from welcoming to leaving. Thanks to the team The evaluation process was smooth 👌. I would recommend everyone to try anyone or their location in New York.

Just moved from LA came here to have my braces removed after my consultation I was booked a 1 pm apt date for two days later. I never got a confirmation text so I called to confirm The rep said that she saw no apt date in the system for me. The appointment, it was never scheduled. The rep told me just come in we can do it today. I asked her to confirm this with the doctor before I just came back there today ! I had already cancelled plans for the day to have them removed.
After speaking to the doctor the rep was told that she can schedule me for a Thursday. The doctor had already tried to get me to book during the week at my consultation appointment which I was unable to do because of work. Instead of apologizing for their mistake I was then being forced to try and come during the week. I would not recommend coming to this location ! They clearly don’t communicate with each other well and will lie about having availability on the weekends.
