Diamond Dental is above the 5 star rating! The staff there are amazing! They listen to you, talk you through the procedures, they make you as comfortable as possible. They are gentle. They care.

I would give them five stars all the way around for hospitality. I absolutely love this dental office. They were my absolute favorite. What I’m most upset about is out of nowhere, which I understand things change. They stopped taking my insurance, which was Medicaid. I now, no longer have Medicaid and still have a front tooth without a filling that they told me no matter what they would replace no matter how many times it fell out.

I honestly thought they told me they stopped taking my insurance because I had no called no showed so many appointments, which I completely understand is unacceptable. I had just had a baby & was battling my postpartum depression, again not their problem. Their doctors and staff are amazing. However, I’m disappointed that my front tooth is still without a filling as it’s so hard to find someone willing to accept Medicaid. Now I have zero insurance & no other resources until open enrollment for my work.

Let me start by saying I have had an unrealistic fear of the dentist my whole life (40years) , I was one of those who was hard to numb, could feel the pain before during & after so I just stopped going! Not my smartest move but it had been over 6 years with no dentist visit, finally took the leap and booked an appointment with Diamond Dental. BEST DECISION I’ve ever made for my teeth.

I feel zero pain during or even after, EVERYONE is so nice & accommodating. Never felt embarrassed or like I was being judged, obviously my teeth aren’t in the best shape with 6 years no appointments but after just a few visits I am already happier than a kid on Christmas morning! My teeth are getting healthy again, my smile isn’t as embarrassing & I honestly don’t dread going back! Two thumbs wayyyyy up for the whole staff!
