Dr. Dilts and his staff are fabulous. He is very honest, does not overcharge or do unnecessary work. Unfortunately, they do not take my insurance, however, I will not go anywhere else.

I have been going here for 20+ years. The dental techs and dentist is amazing. The accounting/ office management on thee other hand (sad really). I was recently sent a bill that the best they can explain is that it is a previous balance from 2019.
They can’t tell me why I owe this nor can I look it up from my end (my insurance online portal doesn’t go back this far nor can I check my banking information without paying to get historicals to see if I have already paid this bill). Mind you the bill is very small but the point is the poor accounting practices and based on reviews, I’m not the only one that this has happened to.

Super friendly, professional, and experienced staff. I've been a patient since 2010 and I've had nothing but top notch experiences with Dr. Dilts and his team. Very clean and comfortable environment for anyone with dental appointment anxiety issues.
These folks really implement the "family" into their care because you're treated as such. If you're looking for a family dentist look no further. This is the best place ever!!! Highly recommend!!! If I could give 10 stars I would.

Previously a good practice with great care. However, my last visit resulted in a bill despite supposedly being covered under my current insurance as a standard cleaning. The bill listed insurance that wasn't current. I waited a bit and didn't receive a followup bill. I assume it was ultimately resolved. I booked an appointment six months later when I was there last and received the usual notifications ahead of time. I confirmed I'd be there.
I then was notified at the last minute the appointment had been cancelled. I had to follow up to find out why: a hygienist had left. I was put on a list for cancellations several months out--as if I'd made a new appointment. I think I've been forgotten. I'm looking elsewhere for a new dentist. That's disappointing, because this used to be a good practice.
