My husband and I were devastated when our dentist of decades retired. We tried a new dentist at first and it was a horrendous experience. We ended up at Discovery after the new dentist refused to revise a filling they did on my husband that was causing him to not be able to bite and eat. Discovery took care of it very quickly and is our dentist now. So grateful we found them.

Actual dental experience was good, but the front desk experience was not. How can long time patients not be able to get an actual 6 month appointment? Why do I have to wait 7 months? Two visits ago, I had to wait 8 months. They consolidate offices and then move the office further west so it's very inconvenient to go to.

Since my COBRA dental insurance expires in 6 months and Medicare doesn't cover dental, there was no point being tied to this office. They are a 100 dentists between my house and this office.

I visited Discovery Dental after a long period of time not seeing a dentist. First of all, everyone from the person on the phone, people at the front desk, the hygienist, the doctor, were kind, helpful, and treated me like I have been a patient for years. I needed to establish as a new patient and be seen for a tooth that is hurting. Although I had to book out a while on the cleaning, that is the case with every office. The wonderful people at the front desk keep a cancellation list to call in case they can fit people in, which in my opinion is going the extra mile and I really appreciate.

For my sore tooth they got me in the next morning after I called, which was a complete surprise to me. They did an initial exam, got me an answer for my tooth, and addressed anything that needed to be done right away. What a fantastic experience, I would highly recommend this office to anyone and I look forward to many years of being a patient here.
