We love everyone here! So kind and accommodating. For only seeing the staff twice a year it really feels like we know them more. Karen is wonderful with my shy toddler and really makes her feel safe and comfortable by explaining, showing and letting her help with cleanings.

I just got off the phone with the office manager at this establishment and to say I’m less than impressed is an understatement. We made our appointments over six months ago and called to make some changes. After the changes were made- I received a call the next day at 11 AM stating if I did not call the office back at 1 PM for an appointment time that I just moved around the previous day that it would be canceled. Since I had just spoken to the office manager the previous day and the message was for the day of the appointment that was canceled. I assumed it was a systematic mistake and went on about my day. My appointment is supposed to be on Wednesday.

I received a call from the office manager this morning stating that she had canceled my appointment because I did not return her call. I advised that it’s a professional courtesy to give people about 24 hours in order to call back so a two hour confirmation for an appointment that I had already switched around didn’t seem like it was credible. The office manager, then begins to tell me that my original appointment was actually in August and not in May, which was very confusing. When I asked her to look in the system to determine when our original appointments were, she did not do that and instead decided to tell me That because I did not call back and confirm in the two hour window she gave me during a workday that my appointment was canceled because that was office policy. The manager was not at all understanding. She was rude and is living and dying by this policy of confirmation Ask you the reason why she canceled my appointment even though we had spoke in the past 24 hours.

I’m not sure if it’s done if there’s any good at his job, but I can tell you the administrative that he puts around him should be more accurate in their intake and more compassionate and their conversations with patients. Outside of canceling my appointment after speaking with me, she then proceeded to tell me all of the things that the dentist office cannot do for me as I am experiencing tooth pain at this time. as someone that has cavities and has had cavities before I know this pain and it needs to be evaluated by a dentist for a filling. I don’t need the office manager, telling me what the dentist can’t do when she can’t even correctly take down an appointment. Enter at your own risk, if you can’t click a button on a calendar and write down my name properly I’ll definitely question everything else about these procedures. 0 stars Won’t recommend
