Went for a cleaning. Appointment was at 9:30am and I was called back around 10:50am. All of the staff who I saw up until I got in the dentist's chair were very friendly. The offices furniture was all ripped up and coming apart. The walls and some of the standing equipment was noticeably dirty with stains and large spots. When the doctor came to see me, he barely spoke to me but when he did, he spoke with a flat affect.

He told me to open my mouth and did something for all of one minute then told the assistant to come polish my teeth. She was nice but let the polishing drill rest too closely to my bottom lip and it burnt the top layer of my inner lip off in one area. She apologized and I know she meant it. I've had my teeth cleaned several times. I did not receive a cleaning. I asked about the doctor coming back to actually clean my teeth.

He didn't. The girl gave me a cup to rinse and spit in the same tiny sink the doctor had just washed his hands in. I was blown away. It was just a bad experience. I'll never return.

GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE. If I could give this entire practice 0 stars I would. I have NEVER had issues with dental work until I went to this location. Every single filling I had done has fallen out, some multiple times. They didn't even fill one of the cavities completely, leaving a hole in my back tooth. Dr. Bowen is rough as can be, and the last cavity he drilled out on my tooth has left me with so much pain my new dentist believes I have nerve damage.

This is all from a cavity that "didn't show up on the xray". The new dentist I went to couldn't believe the terrible quality of work done on my teeth, having to file down fillings the lady there put in. They weren't flush with my teeth at all and I could feel the ridges, one of which was put so high up it was causing severe inflammation to my gums. Just today, another filling fell out that this place had done. Seriously save yourself the time, money and agony and find anywhere else to go.

This is by far the best dentist I've been to and I'm going to keep coming back. Everyone is so nice and they actually care about you and your teeth. I had to get a lot of teeth removed and after I went to the dentist they recommended for my wisdom teeth plus other teeth they called to schedule an appointment for my partials I had to get.

They don't make you feel bad about your teeth either if they are in bad shape unlike other dentists I've went to. And everytime I'm there I'm not in the waiting room long before I get called back for them to actually start working on my teeth.

An extra insurance allowance for dental work was given in 2022. My teeth in the back were feeling more sensitive than usual, so I went to get them checked. The first dentist had X-rays taken and said that my teeth looked good and he was surprised that they had felt sensitive. He said that nothing needed to be done except maybe a little smoothing out in a couple of places.

On my second visit that they scheduled, another dentist was there. I think he was the head dentist. He drilled in my teeth so much! He never said what all of the drilling was for, and I had already been told that I had no cavities. His assistant was pulling and poking in my mouth like crazy, and he was drilling like mad! When they were done my teeth had so many sharp and uneven places, smh.

He had decided to schedul 3 appointments but, maybe his conscience, let him tell the receptionist that there was no need for a third appointment. If he hadn't told her, I was going to tell her. I truly believe that there was no need for even two appointments, and no need for any of the drilling that he did.
