Coming from somebody that has always hated going to the dentist—I had a great experience and will be back. I let my dental health decline simply due to my dislike of going. The office was very clean and quiet. Every employee had a smile on their face.

It was really an experience, not just an office visit. Dr. Lutz really made me feel comfortable in the plans for treatment and I look forward to restoring my smile. If you’re looking for a place to go—that’s the one!

Going to the dentist used to be so daunting to me because of past experiences elsewhere when I was younger. The prospect of having major restorative dental work done was even more anxiety-inducing. I let my dental issues get to a point where I could barely chew any food and was in constant pain. I forgot how to smile because I was extremely self-aware of the way my teeth looked.

All of this ended when I entered the Downtown Dental door and met Dr. Jimmy and his amazing staff! They are all very friendly, highly professional, caring and accommodating - Kourtney, Kimberly, and Maddie, thank you for a great care and for being so patient with me!😊 I could never thank Dr. Jimmy enough for everything he’s done for me during the last three years of working on my complex case! He is not only an amazing dentist, he is an extraordinary person - so kind, dedicated, very patient with my endless questions and concerns; he always knew how to put me at ease and make me feel comfortable with whatever the next procedure was; he made me feel safe and confident that I can do this. I can strongly say that he changed my life in so many ways!! Dr.

There’s absolutely no pressure for unnecessary treatments, which I really appreciate. Instead, they work with you to create a practical, personalized plan that fits your health needs and your financial situation.

It makes a huge difference to feel like a partner in the process rather than just a patient. Scheduling is easy and flexible. They have always found a way to make it work with my schedule. The staff is not only professional and competent, but genuinely warm and welcoming. Every interaction—from Kourtney at the front desk, to hygienist Stephanie, Dental Assistants Maddie and Kimberly to Dr.
