Words can not express the appreciation and heart felt care Dr. Yulien and his entire staff place upon their patients. Upon recommendation, each of my visits (at times more than a 2 hour drive from Queens, NY to their Norwalk office in Connecticut) was worth every effort. Facing extensive work from years of neglect, the team at Downtown Dental walked me through every step. From the initial consultation thru the extractions and placement of a full frontal bridge. They provided me with a smile that restored a confidence long since forgotten.

I came in on a Sunday in excruciating pain that turned out to be my wisdom tooth. I have a fear of medical procedures and was very anxious about the extraction. Chelsea, the dental hygienist/ assistant was so kind in keeping me calm down. Held my hand through the entire procedure. Sat and talked with me to calm me down before we got started.

And Dr. Alon was very professional and kept me laughing the entire time to get my mind off of it. And the entire thing was extremely fast! 100% would recommend and will be a regular patient of the practice after today. Thank you Chelsea and Dr. Alon!

Downtown dental hands down best dental place I’ve ever been to from start to finish! Bella ans Derek made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in, even allowing me to change the TV to the Mets game! (They won by the way)! Then once in the back Dr. Alon and Chris were able to pull 2 teeth in the matter of 5 minutes wjth little to no pain. (No exaggeration).

I want to thank the whole downtown dental staff for making a somewhat uncomfortable and sometimes scary situation easy, fun and quick with minimal pain. THANKS AGAIN AND THEY COME HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Dr. Sanetta and her assistants worked with me through extensive procedures. I was always treated in a friendly, informative, and caring manner! The end results are exceptional!!
