Dr. Lee is efficient but never rushed—my recent cleaning and cavity filling were done in under an hour, and he explained every step.

The staff is sharp and friendly, handling my insurance quickly and offering evening hours. What I love most? They understand urban schedules—they text reminders and even have a small coffee bar. Finally, a downtown dentist that matches the pace of city life without skimping on care. My go-to for sure!

I want to start out by saying. . I loathe dentist offices. I force my mom or boyfriend to come with me because I get anxious. However, after many dentist offices throughout my life, this one is by far top tier. The staff is AMAZING. From the front desk, to the hygienists, to the dentist. They are the sweetest and nicest group of people. They consistently have a smile on their face and make you feel like a friend the moment you walk in.

Dr. Lu is incredible (and incredibly patient with grown adults who don’t handle dental work very well. ) The office manager, AJ is phenomenal. Truly the kindest human being. I had a situation arise I wasn’t planning and AJ went above and beyond to help me financially prepare along with being incredibly flexible with my appointments. The most honest and up front office manager who sympathizes and goes out of her way to make sure you receive the best care. I work in healthcare and I know what that all entails. That being said, I can spot a practice that’s there to get your money vs a practice who loves what they do and will do everything to help you. This practice goes above and beyond with a smile on their face.

AJ, most professional, caring office manager I have had the pleasure to meet. Dr. Lu, will make sure you feel comfortable in the chair while also making sure you receive exceptional care. The young lady who assisted, (I apologize I didn’t get your name), sweetest young lady who you can laugh with through the whole process. Seriously, I will send everyone here. Greatest group of people! Thank you for all that you do and providing exceptional care when most healthcare has turned patients into numbers.

Shelby was great! Very kind and extremely knowledgeable. Walked through the whole process of gingivitis and its treatment plan in great detail, as well as preventative care post treatment. I’m pretty sure with enough visits I could pass at least the first few classes in dental school. 10/10

Got my wisdom teeth removed here it was an emergency they got me in fast. Honestly one of the best dentist in the city I'm so happy I found them, I will be back for future appointments. Very clean, staff is awesome.

Dr. Lu is amazing did a great job on my procedure, Aj the office manager was really great working with my payments, and the dental assistants as well as the front desk assistant were so kind. I’m healed and happy!
