I am a new patient of Dr Fan. I am an anxious dental patient due to myfromt crowns etc. His hygienist Peggy was wonderful. She listened to my concerns and was very gentle and talked me through the entire exam. Dr Fan was excellent, extremely professional. I have already scheduled my next appointments and very grateful for my experience.

Extremely unprofessional office and care. Dr. Fan and staff openly discussed dissatisfaction with other patients who were dissatisfied with his service in my presence. I went in for a crown on a cracked tooth that was not painful. However when the permanent crown was placed ongoing pain and difficulty pursued for a month.

He did not return my calls. The endodontist could not do a root canal because the crack was made deeper thus causing the pain. It would have to be extracted and replaced. RUN from this guy who makes dental issues worse.

Office staff was nice enough and the dental work was adequate but I will not be returning. I was supposed to have an appointment on a Saturday but no one could be bothered to let me know that the office was going to be closed so I showed up to a locked office. I also had asked for information about Invisalign the last time I had an appointment in July and never received the promised follow up.

Dr. Fan and his team are the best! All of the procedures they have completed, from cleanings to cavities, have been pain-free. They are caring, fun, and make you feel at ease. They also have excellent referrals for other dental procedures. I don't dread going to the dentist when I know it's Dr. Fan and his sweet team.
