Very disappointing service. I was scheduled for an extraction. They changed the appointment 3 different times! I had to arrange and rearrange my schedule. When I arrived for the third scheduled time, reception tells me I have two people ahead of me. She suggested I leave and come back in a half or so!!! They obviously double bookes, over booked and have no respect for their patients time. I am sure this review will be followed by a perfect review of professionalisum and accolades to Dr Chopra. Personally I have never seen this unicorn! So now as I sit here waiting.

I guess I should call the babysitter and ask my ride to rearrange their schedule. . . again. .

Amazing service! From the moment I entered, I was greeted with smiles from the front desk staff. They made the check-in process quick and easy. Dr. Amanpreet Chopra is a wonderful dentist. She took time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explained my treatment plan.

The dental hygienist was gentle, and the entire procedure was painless. I’ve never felt so comfortable at a dentist's office before. The office is clean, modern, and well-organized, which made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be recommending this clinic to my friends and family!

This is a 0 star review, so let's begin. I've been to a handful of dentist offices, all of which had professional and respectful staff, never have I experienced a lack of quality and care until I visited this office. My appointment was scheduled for 4 pm, I was seen 5 minutes before 5 pm. I was not the only person booked for 4 pm, there was 4 of us in total that day. Apparently due to a surgery everybody was delayed, however, it felt as if my time as a client was not valued here. Secondly, the staff is clueless and unprofessional. As first time clients, my wife and I were requested to sign consent forms. The forms require SIN info, which in Canada is not required to be given by law. This should be removed as vulnerable older and immigrant populations are most likely offering this information without a second thought. Furthermore, the consent form is a joke, a typo within the first line states, I consent to the of the dental. . . " there is no declaration of what it is you're consenting too, aside from agreeing to whatever procedures and surgeries the dentist recommends-clearly stating intent to take your money and run up an insurance bill, with little to no discussion with clients.

The dentist will not introduce himself, I have no idea whose professional advice neither I nor my wife received as the name was not disclosed to either of us. Additionally, while I began my check-up, the hygienist/assistant had asked me if I had insurance, to which I responded yes. It was at this point where he asked me to go back to the front desk and confirm my insurance with the receptionists (there were 3 of them). What I don't understand is, this happened to my wife as well, but why wasn't our insurance checked while we were waiting? Who asks a client to get up mid check-up to do handle an admin concern during the check up. I asked the receptionist why she had not asked this previously, her responses were: We didn't know you have insurance (yet it is a section on the consent form and also whose job is it to know?), she flipped it to be my fault for not informing them, she then asked how much coverage I had and refused to do her due diligence in checking (which is also something listed in the consent form, that this office would help with collection of insurance data). The receptionists love to gossip in their native tongue which I comprehend and speak, thus I can confirm instead of doing their diligence, they're digging up juicy gossip. One of them wears plenty of jewelry and has quite poor attitude especially with those that have a language barrier. While I was waiting for 50 odd minutes, I had the pleasure of reviewing the reviews of this office. It's interesting how all the poor reviews, received negative replies from the Miss Chopra. Interestingly enough, she exposes client information without hesitation to dispute reviews and even had the audacity to demand people to remove their reviews as they are "false". You're a dentist, quite the self-centred one at that. There's more pictures of you on this page than there are good experiences from well spoken individuals. I noticed pricing and insurance scam is a fear of most clients both past and present.

Luckily I received my invoice after requesting for it. Of course, the receptionist misspelled my name that I clearly labelled for her. Muppakin was never the name I had written down. It goes without saying, this place is terrible. I hope business runs short and this land clears up for an adequate and respectful team. Not some money-hungry team full of inconsiderate and egotistical individuals. Will certainly avoid recommending this place, and will always proudly warn people from visiting this place. Save your time, money, and dignity. Especially if you care for your older loved ones. P. S. Invisalign quotes are terrible here, go elsewhere, trust me.
