We are fairly new patients to Dr. Branton’s office but I can’t say enough amazing things already. My daughter was having tooth pain and they got us in immediately and took care of her problem. They didn’t second guess my concern. My daughter is home and pain free!

Don’t go there. I have moved a lot, therefore have been to a lot of different dentists and my two appointments here were the worst dental experiences I have had in 3 decades. I would never go back. I saw Dr.

Chen, and after explaining that I had a bad childhood experience, and that I would need explanations about what she is doing, she did not say one word to me while she was working. At one point, she got up and left the room for approximately 5 minutes, without even telling me whether or not I could close my mouth. The dental assistant did not speak to me during that period either. My previous dentists have always provided safety glasses, and these were not provided here either.

I will never go back here. I will say that at the beginning of the appointment, I asked for an explanation of which teeth she would be working on, and I wanted to see where the work would be done. I’m not sure if I was treated the way I was because of that, although I feel I am well within my rights to ask questions about my care.

I have had extensive dental work done and my appreciation for this office and Doctor Branton is unparalleled. Doctor Branton was kind, proficient in his knowledge for the treatment of the tooth, and executed the necessary repair quickly and efficiently. He checked in with me several times throughout the procedure, and he was decisive in his approach to the treatment, both of which I appreciated. I felt excellent care of my issue was being taken. I am so pleased to have been accepted as a patient in this office.

Staff are welcoming and they do their very best to see that the patient's needs are met. Thank you all so much. I would highly recommend this dental office.

My husband and I had a dental appointment today. He couldn’t make it because he worried a night shift, and I had to tell the office when I arrived for my appointment he wasn’t coming. I was very worried about what the office would think and say about my husband not making his appointment because I work in a medical office and I see the impact of skipped appointments and the work that goes into preparing for those appointments. The receptionist was very kind to me and reassured me he still could be seen here and I could reschedule him. I very much appreciated the kindness that was shown me.

These are wonderful people that work here. My hygienist was very gentle with me and Dr. Chen was kind as well.
