Dr. Was very informative and helpful. Office did not make follow up calls nor request dental records as they said they would. I feel like they only wanted cash and didn't want to process insurance.

Dr. Linn and his staff are the most caring and friendliest I’ve ever met! My son is so comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Linn finds their interest and conversates with the patient. My son goes to the Lick Haven office but was seen in Williamsport to get his wire back on ( our choice to fit our schedule). I am extremely happy I chose Linn Orthodontics. You will not be disappointed.

Got my braces on in 2020, inflation really destroyed me and I fell on hard times, I kept my braces on all these years in hopes things would look up and I could get back on track but unfortunately with the cost of rent, food, bills I just couldn’t afford them and asked for them to be removed . Was told to talk to him and when I did Dr. Linn was extremely insensitive , walked past me and didn’t acknowledge me when I was speaking bc “he said what he said” as he walked around the office eating a plate of food oblivious to me trying to come up with some resolution .

I was told I needed $1200 to remove them even with his knowledge of my braces falling apart in my mouth causing extreme pain . He completely disregarding me and was so unprofessional , mean and unkind, talked in a very degrading way to me. I left in tears .

I understand everyone needs paid however we are all human and to be talked to in that demeanor when life has already been hard and treated like I was nothing by a professional was so disheartening
