I have been a patient of Dr. Kaminski since 1989 and am very happy with his knowledge and expertise. He is a perfectionist and is very practical. I (like many people) have anxiety and Dr. Kaminski is very understanding and reassuring with explanation of the situation. He has gone the extra mile especially when something unexpected has happened. I always know I am going to get the best care.

My family have been going to Dr. Kaminski for many years. He and his staff are very friendly. They are very prompt. We rarely have to wait longer than 10 minutes. They work well with our insurance plan. Dr. Kaminski only does what is needed. I chipped my tooth recently and was able to get appointment the next day. We would highly recommend.

GG & Leelee Friends Forever

Today must of been a bad day for the Dr. & his tech (the one with the brunette hair & beautiful eyes) because they were both very rude & seemed irritated no empathy & not very welcoming. I’m guessing they may have been having a bad day & we got the short end of it. .

Thankfully she treated my daughter nicely cuz I was praying in the other room she wouldn’t take it out on her but my daughter says she was kind to her. 🙏🏽 Very different experience from last year the staff & Dr. were all amazing kind & friendly which is what made us want to come back. The tech that took care of me with the blonde hair sorry didn’t catch your name but she was calm cool & collective & professional THANK YOU!! She’s the reason we’ll come back in hopes shes there next time ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I am writing to express my disappointment in regards to an issue regarding an overcharge co -payment 04/25/24 and 05/30/24 when my husband visit Dr. Kaminski. My husband’s initial appointment was 03/25/24. My husband needed 2 crowns and our co-pay is a $125 for each crown. My husband was charged a total of $520 when it should have only been $250 in total. Despite my husband informing Melissa of his co-payment for each crown on his second visit he was advised that a higher payment was due; due to them sending the crown fitting out to a lab. You are to send the bills to our insurance company, and my husband is only responsible for his co-payment. This discrepancy had raised concerns for us, especially considering the trust we had placed in Dr. Kaminski’s practice.

Upon inquiring about the over charged refund timeline after speaking with Melissa on 06/03/24. She assured me that, the refund would be processed promptly once approved by Dr. Kaminski. However, despite this assurance, two weeks passed without any communication from Melissa or Dr. Kaminski regarding the refund. Let me just say this …on 06/17/24 my husband was informed by Melissa and I on the phone that if the check doesn’t come in a few days that my husband can personally come into the office and pick up the refunded check. Suspicions arose when the check failed to arrive, leading my husband to visit the office in person to collect the refund. During this visit, it came to my attention that, Dr. Kaminski had the nerve to deducted - $35 for a stop payment fee on the previous check supposedly had been mail to my husband that he never received.

My husband didn’t do anything wrong. Regrettably, the lack of clarity and apparent mishandling of the refund process has led us to question the professionalism and ethics of the practice. Consequently, we have decided that we will not be returning to Dr. Kaminski’s office for any further dental care. Furthermore, I intend to escalate this matter to the Department of Illinois Insurance for a thorough audit of the billing practices at your facility. It has come to my attention that other reviewers have encountered similar issues of overcharging, indicating a systemic problem that warrants investigation. The lack of proper handling and the apparent bias displayed by Dr. Kaminski during this visit yesterday with my husband, and this situation have left a lasting negative impression on us.
