I had a fantastic experience seeing Dr. Rottschalk and his team. The front desk manager was extremely helpful and welcoming on the phone, the dental hygienist was clearly very skilled and did a fantastic cleaning, and Doc was very personal and helpful in his care and explanations.

I felt a great sense of bedside manner and thoroughness throughout the exams. I would highly recommend this dental office for anyone needing a very trustworthy and quality family dentist. Thanks Doc and your team!

**AS OF MAY 14 2024** After reading numerous negative reviews, I realized I too have had a negative experience with their billing. This is the second time it's happened. The first time, they eventually corrected the issue and I was paid after several months. Recently, I went in for a cleaning that should have been 100% covered by my Federal Insurance. However, I was charged $250 out of pocket for my first cleaning of the year. Thinking there was an issue with the insurance, I contacted my provider, who confirmed they had received no claim from the dentist and assured me that they cover 100% of the bill, even out of network.

I have the most expensive dental insurance provided by the DoD. I've visited other dentists for both my children and myself without any issues. The problems only arise with billing at this office. While the dentist and hygienist were excellent, the receptionist failed to take any action, such as calling my insurance. I was told they would reach out, which never happened, and they mentioned adding a credit, which also didn't happen. At this point, I'll take my business elsewhere to avoid wasting my time and handling unnecessary extra work that should be managed by the billing department.

**Previous Review** The main Dentist here is really good. I've lived all around the world and country and he's the most thorough and gentle Dr I know. I've had a filling there and didn't feel a thing even when getting a needle in my gums to dull the pain. I've got to say I'm impressed. I'm now taking both my children there. Bravo and great job 👏 👍 🙌

Staff are very respectful and knowledgeable in their areas. Doctor is super nice to all who come in. They were able to fit me in last minute for both a pediatrics appointment and adult appointment same day. They also communicate very well!

Great job fitting me in for an appointment for a chipped tooth repair. Dr was very nice and explained things clearly. Office staff and dental hygienist are the best I’ve ever had.
