I have been a patient of Dr. Simon's since I was a child, before he even moved into his Cranberry street location. Dr. Zhu, the new dentist taking over, is more concerned about making money than she is about patient care. (Typical of young professionals that are being taught businees over skill/craftsmanship. ) My sister and I both still have our wisdom teeth because they never caused us any trouble, and we were both given a "pitch" on why we should have them removed. Dr. Simon NEVER encouraged a patient to do something that didn't need to be done.

Another disappointment is the new dental hygienist Melanie. Yes, she is very thorough, but she takes forever to do a simple teeth cleaning. I understand that she wants to "consult" with the patient about better tooth care, but wait until after your done cleaning my teeth! Look. . . your hands are already in my mouth. I don't need the added stress that comes with a 12-hour presentation on the severity of my tarter build-up!

I never had an issue with Dr. Simon, he was a great dentist. However, ever since I had a tooth extraction by Dr. Zhu my life has been a literal nightmare. Dr. Zhu brushed me off and told me I must have had an issue before I had the extraction.

I have been in severe pain for months and have spent thousands of dollars on treatments for the pain. I attempted to call the office several times to let them know that I would not be returning as well as my children, but every time I called it went right to the answering service. I was very hesitant to write this review because all the other employees were very kind to me when I was a patient there. I don’t deserve what I am currently dealing with and all I wanted to do was express why my family and I will not be returning.
