I paid $15,000. 00 for a set of lumineers. This experience was one of the worst experiences I've ever been through. Staff was nice. Dr. Hall however was rude, dishonest, and very unprofessional.

What dentist uses profanity in their office? The first set looked pretty good with the exception of ONE tooth (front) being severely off balance with coloring. Instead of redoing the one tooth this so called professional convinced me that taking them "all" off, shaving the teeth all down "again" would be the better way to go due to the likelihood of their processing plant not being able to have the front tooth align up properly with the existing ones. Huge, huge, huge mistake! The second set he put on were large, bulky, and quite honestly look like a bad set of dentures. After disagreeing with Dr. Hall, he proceeded to raise his voice, and use profanity with me. I left his office in tears that day.

I didn't sue because he would have just lied & after 15 thousand dollars and refinancing our home to pay for the procedure I didn't have the money to proceed with legal action. If you are looking for a set of new lumineers I highly advise you to do your homework on the procedures, what to expect, and positive verbal references from others and who they used. If however you don't want to do that and get a set of lumineers that make you look like Mr. Ed, Dr. Hall is definitely the dentist for you.

Dr. Hall has always gone above and beyond when it comes to being a dentist. He has worked procedures around my vacations and birthdays before and has also always been very understanding financially. His self and his daughter who are hygienist there are all amazing. I no longer live in salem but still continue to come to the Halls because they are great people and have always taken great care of my teeth.

. . . even when I haven't :)
