I found this place from google because it's close to my house. Surprisingly it is pretty decent. I felt lucky to decided to go there. Staff are nice and explained a lot to me kindly. The doctors are professional. Great experience!

I had a similar incident to what is described in Costas Chionidis' review. It was a case where work was prescribed by Dr. Bernancer but another dentist felt that no work was needed. I later found out that over three years ago, Dr. Bernancer's office was one of a handful of offices (maybe 6 at the time) to use the DIAGNOdent technology. This is a sophisticated technology that will pick things up that others may not detect. Dear Costas, do you know if the other dentist had this equipment? Chances are that they did not.

Please check if it still matters to you. Did you go back to Dr. Bernacer to express your concern or did you just write your complaints online without asking for clarification from Dr. Bernacer? I clicked on your profile thinking I could reply to your review and found all your other reviews. I noticed that ALL your reviews were negative. I don't think it's nice to do that. This is the first online review I've ever written.

I wanted to respond to Costas Chionidis and say that your experience was out of the ordinary. My whole family has been going to Dr. Bernacer for over 20 years. We've seen the office grow and we've always been treated like royalty. We remain loyal because the entire staff takes such good care of us. Thank You Dr. Bernacer and Staff :)

Costas Chionidis

Staff are great, and place is nice. Dental Hygienist does a great job. Just get a second opinion with this dentist. She had 6 teeth lined up for work. Went to a another dentist because i would rather have silver ( Bernacer does not provide this service).

SUPERISE! Nothing needed work. This was THREE ago. This was my personal experience. Not impressed EDIT : In Response to MR Waleed Khaled Elsayed * It has been 6 years since my experience - and my teeth still have no issue - I travel downtown to a VERY reputable dentist - so I do not care for your unsolicited opinion of how nice I am - All my reviews are unbiased and true - * Dentistry is a BUSINESS * and like any business - some employ sales tactics to boost revenue * so you can try to insult me, vilify my character, make me out to be this 'bad guy' -but to me - you sound like a paid advertisement

Jenny Flores

Dr. Miriam Bernacer is the best dentist our family had in almost 2 decades. Our children started since grade school and now both of them are adult . Her professional dedication, state of the art practice of dentistry and her passion are only a few description we can mention. Also she is the only dentist we met from Asia, America and Canada that will tour her clients to her area of practice.

We've seen the sterilization area for the instruments . Dr. Bernacer we love you.
