I lost a crown on a molar just before Easter Weekend. The tooth struct under the crown was very rough and I could not stop worrying the ragged tooth with my ever more irritated tongue. Dr. Mehring had just cleaned and closed the office for the Easter Weekend and was on her way out. Most doctors would have said "Sorry, call us on Monday". Not Dr. Mehring. She opened her office for me and tried to reinstall the crown.

When that didn't work, she took the time to put in a temporary crown so I didn't have to go all Easter Weekend with a jagged tooth in my mouth. I probably delayed her Easter Weekend by two or more hours. Dr. Mehring treats her patients like family, and she has not forgotten what "Family" means. Thank you Dr. Mehring, for taking such good care of me.

Never schedule an appointment here. I scheduled a 6 30 appointment even though google says they don't open until 7. Doors were locked, lights were off when I came. They re scheduled/cancelled on me several times before they blamed me for "missing too many appointments". Apparently re-scheduling an appointment is the same thing as missing one. If it were possible I'd give them 0 stars.

I started as a patient of hers 20 years ago. Monica knows why Ive lost faith in the Dental ORG. . . But for her office. . . I brought my personal xrays from childhood and hygiene school to her upon my first visit. When her office cleaned out charts they threw away my personal xrays. Not even a phone call for me to come pick them up.

I started with her having all 32 teeth fully erupted. 3rd molars fully erupted no problems Her office would constantly wear me down every recall to have my 3rd molars removed. Her hygienists would complain about having to clean them, so I would say, dont bother, as a hygienist I can clean them myself. Never one problem did I have with them. Low caries rate with only one class 2 restoration in my entire mouth. No perio concerns but. . . Finally I gave in/ felt shamed into having them out. .

. . . They were simple local anesth exts. What a mistake! My 12 yr old molars shifted from no longer having the support of the 3rd molars and I started banging on my 6yr molars. Ive had uneven wear ever since and now years later a huge regret. Why would any dentist recommend a tooth not fully formed until age 20 be removed when that tooth can support teeth erupting at age 6? I thought Dr Mehring was better than I came to see. The entire dental community has been depressing for me to see. Only God will heal what ego destroys
