The dental office is well organized, very clean and friendly. They do not overbook and patients are not left waiting long for their appointments. Appointments run on time and availability is good. I like how they use text messaging for appointment reminders.

I've been to Dr. Ho's clinic several times to fix my cavity and am extremely satisfied with the service. Donna at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. And Dr.

Ho always started her treatment at the scheduled appointment time. She understood my needs and responded to my concerns professionally. And to my surprise, I didn't feel any pain or the needle at all when she froze my teeth, which I've never experienced in other clinics.

I have come from a different dentist due to a terrible experience, and have been coming for over 2 years now. Dr Shirley Ho is amazing, she is so knowledgeable and so kind. She is always making sure you’re okay, and will explain everything into detail if you have any questions. I have been referred by my friends and my boyfriend to go here, and I will recommend everyone who is looking for an exceptional dentist. What’s even better is there hygienists are just as amazing and knowledgeable.

They teach you a lot about your teeth, and oral health. The receptionists Donna and Grace are the icing on the cake, they are the BEST and so helpful. They will do your claims correctly/will handle it if your insurer has any questions, and will always make sure you have enough credit for the next appointment. When I have kids I will for sure get them to come here for sure. Thank you for having such an amazing team ! I would give this rating more than 5 stars if I could!!
