This office is OK. The dental assistants are good I will say that! Dr Lehky is OKAY, seems like she just tolerates her patients. I didnt too much care for the front desk assistant Gina, this is where my problem comes in.

She prejudged me the minute I started getting orthodontic care at this office pretty much assuming I couldn’t afford the full balance, and it seemed as if she was talking down to me instead of talking to me. Not sure if it had to do with the color of my skin or what but I would assume so just off the strength of her calling me around 5pm a day prior to me getting my braces off and her telling me not to wear any “bandanas or bonnets” because they will be taking photos. I’ve never worn a bonnet nor “bandanna” to their establishment let alone in public, period.

There definitely needs to be a course on how to treat and talk to patients. Granted my teeth came out very nice, I would prefer to go somewhere where they actually care about their patients and treat them with respect especially with the amount that I paid! If I ever need orthodontic care or any dental care at all this definitely would not be my first choice.

This is based off first impression. I called and confirmed they were accepting new patients for the service I needed. I booked my appointment for 2pm. A couple days later I received a reminder text and it said 3pm. I called and inquired about this and the woman I spoke with said she wasn't sure what happened but the appointment was booked for 3pm. I kept it nonetheless.

The day of the appointment, I received a call saying they had to cancel due to an office emergency and my appointment I rescheduled for another day at 11am. The day of this actual appointment I show up on time, filled out all the paperwork. At 1140 I ask how much longer it would be as my appointment was at 11. I was put in a room immediately and someone came and took an xray. I than sat in this room for another 30 minutes without anyone coming to check in, or letting me know why I was waiting so long. Someone finally did come and apologized for the wait and explained they had some call outs and they'd be right with me, I was next.

This is all fine, I just needed someone to tell me this 2 hours before!! If you're behind, I'd like to know to potentually expect to wait that long! When the dentist finally came in about 1250-1255pm, the exam itself less than 5 minutes and letting me know my insurance will be contacted for quote on services needed 😭. I left at 1pm, 2 hours for 5 minute exam. . wow Once I actually have services done, will update this.

I was recommended by a friend so I made an appointment and when I showed up at my appointment time I waited an hour after until they called me back. Had some scans done and was later informed they didn't do all the scans I needed but still got charged the full amount. How could they tell me what was needed without doing all the necessary scans?

Terrible experience. Her office tried to de-fraud the Medicaid insurance and when I unknowingly revealed her and the office worker Gina's plans, she denied it and acted like I was the one that was trying to be fraudulent. I didn't have any idea what they were doing was wrong, that's why I felt comfortable disclosing the treatment plan to the insurance company.

She and her office staff are completely devoid of integrity and lack ethics. I will be disclosing this to the licensing Board.
