This was one of the most disrespectful businesses i have ever seen. They don’t even deserve the one star that i have to give in order to express my concern of this atrocious behavior. My mother goes in for her dentures that they had scheduled her for. When she gets there and sits down with the DR they are very dismissive the entire time and flat out seeming like they refuse to listen to anything the patient has to say or ask.

After the conversation of him being dismissive and rude my mother mentions she is on ODSP he then tells her that they are not accepting patients, (but gladly took her in before that information came to light with no issue whatsoever) and wasted half a day. Seems like they are not looking to help anyone but the wallet that’s in their pocket. Stay away if you are on disability as they are not accommodating at all.

Dr Emilio is one of the best that I seen he took me on right away to fix the problem that another place did he made me another new set of dentures that I’m so happy with he takes his time to fix any problems and he also listen to what u want he is amazing if u need a place to go and get things done go see him place is so clean and tidy even the Secretary is amazing

If I could give a 0 I would. I recently booked an appointment for my mom. When we first went in, it was discovered that the appointment date given was wrong, so we’re were told to wait and see if the denturist could squeeze us in. After waiting nearly an hour we were told he didn’t have time, slightly annoying but we were willing to look past it as the receptionist was very kind about her mix up.

Fast forward to today, we go in for our appointment and literally within the first 2 seconds of meeting the denturist he was very dismissive, and couldn’t handle questions or concerns. He came off extremely arrogant. He took my mom’s thoughts and concerns and completely disregarded her. After him not being able to answer any questions he then addressed he was not taking new patients… WHY HAVE US COME IN THEN?! Seems to me he didn’t like being asked questions and concerns about the denture process/thought this wouldn’t be easy money for his clinic and passed on us Having read these other reviews it’s an absolute shame that we experienced such poor treatment.

Will absolutely not be recommending this clinic to anyone and would highly advise them seek other professional care as he doesn’t seem to care for the concerns and well being of his patients/ doesn’t want answer any concerns. The receptionist is absolutely wonderful, too bad the actual denturist couldn’t display the same warmth and compassion as her.
