They have the worst scheduling team. Their receptionists ALWAYS overbook their patients to try and squeeze everyone in because they want your money. They do not care about your time. They don’t even treat you well when you’re there. I wouldn’t recommend this dentist centre to anyone.

I've been going to this place for over 20 years. Dentists here at Dundas Tower are all great but Dr. Sonia Nagpal is the GREATEST! She's very professional and her hands are so gentle. I don't think I won't let any Dentist look after my teeth besides Dr. Sonia Nagpal.

Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience at dundas tower dental centre. I recently visited for tooth filling procedure, during the procedure the staff appeared careless and ripped off/burned the skin around my lip during the procedure because of negligence . After the procedure was done and i saw my face in mirror, i was horrified. I trusted them with my face ,my mouth and this is what they did.

Extremely careless and unprofessional. This injury has left me with extreme physical and emotional distress.

only leaving a review now since i already got my braces off and i don’t think i’ll ever be coming back to this clinic. . bryan was my dentist and he would always ask me uncomfortable questions like “do u believe God is a woman” i mean why would he even ask that type of question TO A PATIENT while doing a braces adjustment. it was very unprofessional.

when i said “i don’t know” and just laughed it off, he kept on pushing me to answer his question and said “why not? do u not think God is a woman?” it wasn’t only me who’s had this experience with him before but also a friend of mine who also goes to the clinic. they’ve also told me before (after i got my braces removed) that i have to make an appointment WITH HIM when i pick up my retainers and guess what? when i went to pick it up, it was the assistant who gave it to me and not him. i know he only works on tuesdays and thursdays so i specifically re-arranged my sched for that day because i knew it was tough making an appt. to see him.

it was disappointing, i wish for future reference, they’d atleast let their patients know ahead of time if he’s not gonna be there or not.
