My experience has been great, the wait is always short. This office is super clean all the time and the office staff is always so professional and friendly. My children have been patients of Dr. Baik for over 18 years and I always send other families for service.

Horrible. I've been going to this dentist for locational convenience for some time. I have health insurance through my university (prestigious one with very good healthcare) which is a medical plan but specifically includes wisdom tooth extraction under coverage. When I went to the office for my extraction appointment, a secretary-looking person popped up out of nowhere to tell me that I can't go in there because even though my insurance covers wisdom tooth extraction, the office only has dental form and so that I had to pay out of pocket to remove my tooth. I was just flabbergasted that she would even say that because it was so rude.

the receptionist was also just stunned that she popped out of nowhere. Also I had this appt in schedule for months. So having been "kicked out" I had to go home. I made sure with the insurance company as well as my college health services office that the plan covers wisdom tooth extraction in particular (not other dental services), and went ahead to make an appointment with the dentist. I took an x-ray prior to the extraction, but only because the office gave me a confirmation that extraction was covered under the insurance (I wanted to make sure that the insurance covered it before I took any action) .

Now they are going back on their words and just greedily looking to get paid in cash, even for the services they've rendered as "complimentary" when they first shoved it into my face. I talked to my insurance company and they told me that a general dentist like this one shouldn't have a licence to extract wisdom tooth. so that makes me feel a bit uneasy too. Do NOT go there.

Everyone in the office is warm and welcoming. Dr. Baik is professional and gentle. If you're like me, a trip to the dentist is something you have dreaded in the past. Try this office and you'll be relieved, surprised, perhaps even delighted.

Dr. Baik is an awesome dentist! After going to Dundee Dental, I don't think I could go to another dentist. He is so nice and friendly, and all the workers are super kind. I'm pleased every time I visit for my dental check-up. I recommend Dundee Dental Center to my friends and family who are in the area. Definitely check out Dundee Dental if you need a dentist! :)
