I was referred to Dr. Shadid for sleep apnea and I must say the level of professionalism and attention in this office was amazing! Dr. Shadid and his team are down to earth and treat everyone as if they were family members.

I have recently been scanned and measured for an oral device that prevents the apnea episodes occurring during sleep and I am sold 100% in its efficacy! Ever since I started using the device at night, my sleep has never been better! I am no longer tired mid day and when I wake up in the morning, I feel energized which is a stark difference than before. No need for the mask machine when you can literally use this retainer type mouthpiece. I literally forget I have it in overnight, which is a direct reflection on the level attention given by Dr.

I visited this dentist 8 years ago, and during my very first appointment, I was told I had 11 cavities that needed to be filled — completely out of the blue. I had no pain, no history of dental issues, and had always received clean checkups prior to this. Thankfully, I decided to get a second opinion. The next dentist told me I had zero cavities. Since then, I’ve continued going to the dentist every 6 months for routine cleanings and exams, including a recent full mouth X-ray, and I have never had a single cavity diagnosed.

I’m horrified that this dentist attempted to drill into healthy teeth for what I can only assume was financial gain. If I hadn’t trusted my gut and gotten another opinion, I might have ended up with unnecessary dental work and permanent damage. This experience has stayed with me for years, and I’m only sharing it now after confirming — yet again — that I have no cavities. I strongly urge anyone considering this practice to be cautious and always seek a second opinion if something doesn’t feel right. As per comment: I am married now and do not see any reason to provide my maiden name for a review.

My identity is not in question, and I have no interest in further discussing anything with your practice. I simply chose to leave an honest review of my personal experience at your center.
