I avoided going to the dentist for 11 years. The staff introduced me to everyone, walked me around the entire office to show me how it was all set up, explained how the office ran, and then walked me through my appointment step by step. I don't know if they did this because I was a high anxiety patient or if they do it with everyone, but it was a great start.

I am set up to for my next cleaning and an appointment to tackle a few cavities and my anxiety is less than it was to make the first consultation appointment. Julie and Dr. Kraft were excellent!
