I had a great experience at Aspen Dental! My dental assistant, Annie, was wonderful and took all the X-rays efficiently. Dr. Mandava took the time to explain the next steps for my treatment in a clear and informative way, which I really appreciated.

Finally, Tiffany, the Operations Manager, went over everything with me and scheduled my next visit. The entire team was professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Thanks to everyone, and I look forward to my next visit!

Had a wonderful experience! From the receptionist to the lab tech, Tay, I had a very pleasant experience. Tay let me know everything she did before she did it. I can’t thank her enough for that as I suffered from a traumatic dental experience when I was younger, Tay made me feel very comfortable! My experience with Dr. Mandava was more than pleasant, I absolutely love her!! She is very thorough in the next step procedures and I felt as if I was in excellent hands and that Dr.

Mandava was the Dr for me! Jen the Operations Lead was both helpful & understanding. Overall it was a pleasant experience with the whole team. I left feeling confident about my journey to a healthier smile! Well done to this Aspen Dental Hylan team!

Aspen Dental on Hylan drive is a great place. I have been there before and I have recommended people there as well. It is 💯 worth paying out of pocket if insurance is not an option and they will do their best to work with you.

I sat with Tiffany in billing this morning before my extraction and she was very helpful. The hygienist and the oral surgeon were great too, I was made to feel very comfortable and even though I was shaking scared, they did a great job and I will definitely go back if I need any future surgeries.

The receptionist greeted us upon entering the office. I didn’t feel rushed at any point. There was a team member being trained (x-rays and other things) the trainer was very thorough. I was impressed and appreciative of that. My 12yr old son was very comfortable during his appointment and had a great experience with the Dr.

She answered all of our questions and showed me things that I wasn’t even aware of. We learned that my son has no lower wisdom teeth—lucky! I recommend the Henrietta, NY office and will continue coming to Aspen for all of my dental. appointments.
